I didn’t grow up with much guidance around fitness or nutrition. Like many people, I had goals to feel better, move better, look better, but I struggled to see consistent results. I cannot say enough good things about the team at VitalShift. Tim's unique approaching to training and nutrition is exactly what I needed without knowing I needed it. He is a serious professional that is approachabe. I tell everyone I meet about how they need to go to VitalShift, no matter what their skill level or goals are.
The reason I came to VitalShift was because I had not done more than 10 air squats in my life and I was too nervous to count calories. So Tim put together a plan that helped me get ready for my wife's beach vacation and I have now done over 100 air squats and more pushups than ever in my life.
I did not know how much my health was connected to lifestyle. I blamed so much on genetics. Tim taught me so much that has given me the freedom to be empowered to live the healthier lifestyle (and actually be where I want to be) with realistic and practical tips.
